I didn’t think I would ever feel okay again, but working with Beth and her team gave me hope and a clear path forward.
I finally understood why I was feeling so many emotions, and I stopped thinking I was crazy.
I was hurting so much and didn’t know what to do. The mini-course gave me easy steps I could follow, even on hard days. It helped me feel calmer and not so alone.
I was scared to ask for help, but Beth’s team, especially Doug, made me feel safe from my very first call. They understood what I was going through and listened to me. I felt heard, and it helped me start to feel better.
I finally feel like I’m not crazy. These tools helped me calm the chaos and start trusting myself again - two things I never thought I'd get back. Thank you!
I honestly thought nothing would help. I’d tried podcasts, books, even counseling, but I was still spinning. What surprised me was how simple the steps were here. I finally understood why I felt so triggered and learned what to do about it. I feel more like myself than I have in years.

You don’t have to decide that today, and you don’t have to do this alone. We know how hard and scary this feels right now. Let’s help you feel calmer and stronger first. As you start to feel better, the choices you need to make will become clearer. It’s okay to not know what you want and to take this whole process one small step at a time.
Everyone’s healing is different, and that’s okay. You have experienced a traumatic event, and time should not be used as gauge for healing. That adds pressure to the situation which you do not need right now. Small steps, like learning to calm your mind or understanding your triggers, can help you feel a little better each day. Over time, these small steps will add up and you will slowly come out of the fog and begin to fee better.
You can still work on your own healing, even if your spouse is not ready or willing to change right now. In fact, this is the path out of pain. Your healing does not depend on them. You deserve to feel clear and strong again, no matter what your spouse chooses to do, and we are here to guide and support you every step of the way.
You have experienced a traumatic, life-changing event and your emotions will be all over the place as your brain and body attempt to process everything. It is perfectly normal to experience a whole range of emotions every day - emotions such as rage, sadness, anger, depression, relief, calm, confusion are all a normal part of the processing.
